AMBERSWOOD FC PLAYER OF THE MONTH 2007/08

The August player of the month award goes to John Warburton for all his effort, workrate, commitment, determination and goals as even when the chips were down he still produced 120% in all areas.

The September player of the month award goes to Antony Whitton who has scored in all but one of Septembers fixtures and been awarded two man of the match awards.

The Octobers player of the month award goes to Rick Surples who has worked very hard in midfield to grind out certain results and has given 120% effort in a bad month for the club.

The Novembers player of the month award goes to Darren Ainscough for his attacking performances as well as his defensive performances in a very difficult month.

The Decembers player of the month award goes to Darren Ainscough who got two man of the match awards in the only two fixtures in the month.

The January player of the month award goes to William Hoey for his performance in the only game in this month and his commitment to training.

The February player of the month award goes to Martin Gregson for his consistent performances throughout the month.

The March player of the month award goes to Darren Ainscough for his consistent performances throughout the month.

The April player of the month award goes to Paul Stringer for an excellent performance in the last game of the season at the start of April.
